In order to get a full refund, the products needs to be in their original conditions and unopened.

Alizés scented candles and aroma diffusers are made in Grasse, France. Decoratives candles are produced in Europe.

All Alizés fragrance are created in the most famous place for that, which is Grasse in south of France. Instead of 80% of the perfume that you can find in retail and which are synthetic, Alizés Paris only works with "eaux de parfums" which is the best in term of Fragrance.

Alizés scented candles lasts at least 40 hours.

Alizés Paris aroma diffusers lasts around 6 weeks. The frangrance diffusion depends on the the number of sticks you put in.

To use our scented candles, you have to light the candle and put it in a safe place. Then you can enjoy our fragrance.

To use properly our aroma diffusers, you have to put the sticks inside the container and then enjoy the fragrance.
